Your wedding day is one of the most memorable days of your life. Let us help make it not just memorable but a dream come true. Our highly skilled staff are on hand to assist you in planning and coordinating your wedding from ceremony to reception and to make every step an absolute pleasure.
Whether you are looking for a relaxed, barefoot beach wedding, a rustic barn wedding or a more traditional indoors celebration, we have the perfect place for you to tie the knot.

Wedding Package
Our wedding package is R 550 per person, with a minimum booking of 50 guests. The package is inclusive of the ceremony venue, the reception venue and a three-course meal custom created to your taste.
Also included are tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery and crockery, which our team sets up with your input.
Two separate units are provided on the day of the wedding for the bride’s and groom’s pre-wedding preparations.
A complimentary honeymoon suite is provided for the bride and groom for the night of the wedding.
Venue, Reception & Setup

Positioned on the beach, TO Strand offers a unique location, breathtaking views, first-class service and luxuriously appointed decor that will leave you & your guests with a truly memorable experience of your special day.
Our spectacular gardens. beach and river frontage is the perfect location for your photo shoot or simply somewhere to relax & enjoy the amazing atmosphere.
Reception
- The venue is booked from the start of your ceremony until midnight.
- We require music to be played on a moderate level after 22:00.
- Music needs to be turned off at 24:00.
- No external catering is permitted.
- In order to maintain our food quality to a high standard, the main-course buffet is available for 1½ hours.
- No takeaways from the buffet are permitted.
Waitrons are available for R250 per waitron. - There is no charge for children of four years of age or under.
Setting up
Preparation of the venue is to be conducted on the day before the wedding, provided that there is no other function booked for that day.
If this is the case, the wedding preparations can take place only on the day of the wedding.
Extra time for setting up can be arranged at an additional fee.

- Hairdressers and beauticians
- A pastor
- Special wedding vehicles or carriages
- Any additional meals and/or services for the duration of your stay
Decor removal
All decor not provided by TO Strand must be removed by 12:00 on the following day.
Management can consider alternative decor removal arrangements upon written request, provided that no function is booked for that particular day.
No storeroom facilities are available for the storage of decor or equipment.
